Not a lot of time for writing today, but realised while trying to fall asleep last night that the story actually should begin slightly earlier than I had already written, so I shifted the other chapters over and started a new first chapter. Wild how much of the shape of a story can shift as you write it, even if you thought you had it all plotted out!
