We have a number of YouTube videos to support you, one series of videos is sprint timers from five minutes to thirty minutes (both writing with friends and writing in silence). These aren’t for stream of consciousness writing. They are to focus exclusively on your writing.
Get the words but let them be good words.
Remove distractions and show yourself what you’re capable of when your mind is uncluttered from everything except your manuscript. Start with five minutes and work your way up. It’s like meditation. It takes practice to get the most from the time.
There are also support videos to encourage and support you with a few choice words (hopefully) to help you over any hurdles. We have a Five-Minute Focus video series with hundreds of video from business to motivation to marketing to craft. We’ll select a couple for you each day to help you focus your mind on this thing called being a professional author.
