I just spent TWO HOURS of precious writing time troubleshooting why my Microsoft Word software was no longer working (some licensing glitch.. I think they were trying to get me to upgrade to a Microsoft 365 subscription... but it's fixed now without any additional expenditure. Mr. Gates, please!
