It's tricky to know when I wrote these words, as I've been battling a 5-day migraine, but I did make my beta deadline with just shy of 50k words. Now its time to edit.
Difficult to say how long I spent today as it's been fitted around various other activities, but there were certainly large chunks of time. Finished on 43688.
Read the entire document today with some light editing (added 572 words), so I can remember the threads I need to pull together in the final section. Ended on 39660. Need at least another 10k before my beta.

Interrupted by the gas meter dude who came to fit the meter, but managed to get a bit of my flow back. Ended on 38671. Booking it for my beta deadline - I only need the last third of the story. That's doable in the next 7 days. Right? 😬

20-minute sprint blocks with author friends.
Two unfocused bursts in a reasonably busy day. I guess the kids, cat, husband and house do need some attention sometimes! Hoping to crack on tomorrow with a few thousand!
Finally found some focus sprinting with friends. Ended no 33080
The timers have gone, but I think it was about 25 minutes before work. Always focused when I've not got a whole day to write and finished on 28096.

At 23630, I pushed my beta deadline out to the 30th as my beta offered to extend my slot to accommodate another of her clients. This is good, as the 22nd was beginning to look like a pipe dream. 30th is more realistic—still lots to write.
