Lots of words during the long-haul flight from Honolulu to Sydney. Nothing to do but work. Also, lost a full day when we crossed the international date line. Soooo, no words on the three hours that was Nov 20 for me.
Packing for my trip, which means doing a thousand little things around the house. I'm okay getting 1500 words per day until I star flying for three days when I'll probably get them in big bunches.
Loping along like a wombat with the zoomies. Pushes me to 7k words on this new project.
Two days' worth of words. Forgot to update on November 10.
Race to the finish - blew my target of 65k words by 6500 words. This rolled in at 71.5k, but that's what it took to finish the story. Starting this afternoon, I'll start a new project - A Surgeon's Dilemma, A Medical Thriller.
It's the home stretch. I have the last chapter to write, which I didn't want to force tonight, not after a high quality 6k day. I'll finish it tomorrow and shoot it to my editor.
Bringing it home - probably one more day to finish this project.
Rolling toward the end - only 6k words remaining to the end.
Lots of five and ten minute sprints and that was it. Couldn't build any momentum today.
Really slow word day. Too many distractions. Not enough sleep.
A successful second half of the writing day. NoNo is motivating!
First words for NoNo - only 600 more to go, but have a presentation to give. I'll be back later this morning with more:)
