I didn't write all that today! lol - Things have been chaotic so while I've been editing a novella I started on this book with a plan of 40k max... apparently the story had other ideas. The word count will likely (hopefully) come down once I edit but I need to fix a couple of world building things first - which means I'm back to finishing the edit on the novella lol - so this is about 2 1/2 weeks worth of writing - I averaged about 7k a day ish

20th September - 2 chapters - 1 is deliberately shorter as it's a different POV

This was yesterday and this morning as I was away from my computer so had to work on a story I had started in googledocs. Words are words lol
Ugh that was a messy chapter - definitely had too much ground to cover - but made some notes to slow it down possibly over two chapters in edits - pushing onwards though to the next chapter so I don't stall.
Finally onto today's count. Chapter 3 drafted. Time for a nap as it's 4am lol

I have been rather remiss in tracking my projects the last few months - I'll blame winter. But onwards. Aiming for one chapter a day.

Good run on writing a biopunk one - the shorter snappier chapters are helping I think I write it fast. But I must now go and format a chapter of a book I finished last year but have been dreading formatting (children's book with lots of illustrations). So 1 chapter of formatting - then I can go back to writing if I have a little time before visiting my dad at the aged care home.
Struggling a bit today so going to take a break. Finished a sweet romance novella though
