My real word count was maybe 250, but I spent a lot of time making an index - most of my scenes are out of order, so I will be working to get them in order so I can fill in the missing scenes.
Was super tired, but need to get my numbers up- so I wrote!
Found a place where a whole scene was missing. Working on filling in that gap - and some world building at the same time.
I am reading through it trying to fill in gaps - so it is much more slow going than usual - but very needed.
Between food poisoning and trying to finish up Senior students grades (teacher) I am lacking a bit. But I am on the mend and seniors last day is today!
I only wrote 36 words, but I kind of figured a timeline and moved some chapters around.
I got everything moved so its in order. Only 3 scenes are 'homeless'.
I am currently at 36,384 words with a final word count goal at about 85,000.
I wrote scenes as they came to me so now I am trying to put them in order - so my word count is not going to be very good till I finish this step.
