I think I've written, "The End." It's too short, but it fully tells the story. I'll let it marinate for a couple of days and read through it again. We shall see!

I finished editing, so far, and am almost finished writing the ending. I think I may need more subplotting, but that's for another day. Old cat needs a vet visit now (in real life). Happy writing everyone!
Editing and adding. May take someone's suggestion of letting people know this is muuuuuch shorter than the other two books unless I can figure out a juicy subplot. There are always stories within stories to tell, aren't there? We shall see.
'Still revising and writing what's needed. (This is not my favorite part, but writing IS revising, isn't it?)
'Still revising and adding scenes. This is a great way to keep track of my progress. Good luck everyone!
Wrote a scene that was needed and fixed some words.
I finished making notes to add more scenes and fill in plot holes. This book is too short, so I found where the story was weak, thus the added bits of plot. I mean a whole family that was in books 1 & 2 weren't there! Only 400 words, but good work today if I do say so!
Adding at least one more subplot and want to get this project updated here. Wrote about 5 hours, 5 days per week for about 7 weeks. This is just a conservative estimate of time to get into our May challenge.
This is just to close this book out. It's short, but it's published already.
Started book 3 in the Eclectic Enchilada series over the holidays. Here is what I have so far. Back to work! Welcome 2026!!
'Still revising book 2! Wrote a new scene and found an small error. Words are words as I get ready for Thanksgiving and vacation directly after. Yay!
Had 30 minutes to revise book 2, so used the time. I'm finding little things to fix here and there while I can while my week goes unexpectedly sideways. I'll begin writing book three in a few weeks. Right now, I want to revise book 2 before the holiday and my vacation directly after. (No working on vacation is my rule!)
Worked on edits to this book ... again.
Worked out the outline today. Time to begin writing book 3!
Some words are better than no words, right?
Reworked the outline to book 3. I then wrote a little more after hearing from one of my beta readers. It reads a little better in that chapter already!
Polishing, adding and getting it ready for my beta readers.
